China Nuclear Energy Technology (HKG:0611) unit Nanjing CNI Energy Engineering will acquire various equipment from Xi'an JD Energy for a little over 103.1 million yuan, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The equipment will be used for the development of an energy storage power station in Yunnan Province, China, with a capacity of 100 megawatt/200 megawatt-hours.
The power station is expected to be connected to the grid on or before May 31.
