Datang Environment (HKG:1272) completed the issue of 500 million yuan of a super short-term commercial paper to qualified investors on April 16, an April 17 Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The commercial paper carries an interest rate of 1.84% and will fall due in 93 days.

The environmental services provider will use proceeds from the issue to repay certain interest-bearing liabilities.
