JSL Construction & Development's (TPE:2540) board has approved a joint construction project in Keelung City, Taiwan, worth around NT$3.11 billion with a private landowner.
Under the plan, the company will develop 4,446.8 square meters of land in the Xinyi District, according to a Monday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The builder will receive 75% of the developed property, while landowners get 25%, it added.
