Crescent Energy (CRGY) said Tuesday that it has completed the sale of its non-operated Permian Basin assets in Reeves County, Texas, to an unidentified private buyer for $83 million in cash.

The company said the proceeds will be used to reduce outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility.

Shares of Crescent Energy were up 1.7% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
