Bojun Education (HKG:1758) expects a net loss of between 8.9 million yuan and 10.8 million yuan for the six months ended Feb. 28, compared with a net profit of 3.9 million yuan a year prior, an April 17 Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The education services provider attributed the anticipated loss mainly to finance costs of roughly 48 million yuan in the period arising from borrowings related to the construction of a school campus of Sichuan Winshare Vocational College.
