Hims & Hers' Chief Operating Officer Melissa Baird will transition into an advisory role with the telehealth company in the coming months.

Baird's departure date has not been determined yet, the company said Monday. She intends to remain in the role until a successor has been appointed. Hims & Hers will later enter a long-term agreement with Baird so the company can benefit from her expertise.

Baird, who has been with Hims & Hers since 2018, previously worked at Draper James, Onefinestay, and Bonobos, among other companies.

Hims & Hers sells weight loss drugs, over-the-counter medications and sexual wellness products, among other drugs.
