Energy International Investments (HKG:0353) has completed an acquisition to boost its common equity interest in Shandong Shundong Port Services to 85% from 55.17% previously, an April 17 bourse filing said.

The move came about through the acquisition of Faith Up Ventures via unit Mission Achiever.

The parties had entered into a contract regarding the acquisition earlier this month.
