Green Critical Minerals (ASX:GCM) partnered with GreenSquareDC, an Australian data center operator, for the development and provision of thermal management products, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The 24-month agreement involves assessment of the commercial viability of thermal management products for GreenSquareDC's data centers, with each party sharing relevant intellectual property, the filing said.

Green Critical Minerals' shares jumped 33% in afternoon trade on Wednesday.
