Cebu Landmasters' (PSE:CLI) was slapped with a penalty of 1 million Philippine pesos by the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) due to reclassification issues in its financial statements.
The SEC penalized the company following a review of the company's financials related to its securities registration application, according to a Tuesday Philippines Exchange filing.
