Traffic Technologies (ASX:TTI) appointed Glenn J. Franklin and Jason G. Stone of PKF Melbourne as joint and several voluntary administrators of the company and its entities, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The administrators are currently assessing the company's asset and liability position and are expected to communicate with creditors in due course, the filing said.
