Peng Shou has resigned as China Glass' (HKG:3300) chairman and a non-executive director due to other work arrangements, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The glass production company, on the same day, named Tang Liwei as its new chairman and a non-executive director.

Tang currently serves as a member of the party committee and executive deputy general manager of Triumph Science & Technology Group.
