Vector (NZE:VCT) reported total electricity network connections of 630,004 for the nine months ended March 31, up 1.3% year on year, according to a Wednesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
New connections during the period fell 23% to 9,480 from 12,308 connections amid a broader economic slowdown, the filing said.
Gas network connections went up 0.3% to 120,644 customers, the filing said. New connections tumbled 30% to 1,110, the filing added.
