Percheron Therapeutics (ASX:PER) warned shareholders about an unauthorized letter and pre-filled proxy form sent by requisitioning shareholder Powerhouse Ventures ahead of its April 24 general meeting, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The documents, which falsely appeared to be from Percheron, directly reply to an unknown third party not approved to handle proxies, the filing said.
The company urged shareholders to submit forms directly to its registry, Boardroom, to ensure validity.
