B.R. Goyal Infrastructure (BOM:544335) has entered into an agreement with Adfactors PR to avail Investor Relations (IR) services, according to an Indian bourse filing on Friday.
As part of the deal, Adfactors PR will assist the company with the preparation of investor presentations, media releases, coordination of investor meetings, and other related activities as mutually agreed, the filing said.
