Nano Dimension (NNDM) said Friday it has completed its $116 million acquisition of Markforged (MKFG)
Nano said the acquisition improves its position in the design-to-manufacturing of high-performance metal and composite parts.
The company also said that Markforged Finance Chief Assaf Zipori has been named Nano's chief financial officer on April 24.
