With the filing of its 2024 Annual Report, the Company complies with its reporting obligations with the SEC and the New York Stock Exchange $(NYSE)$.

The 2024 Annual Report includes the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board and its auditors' opinion on IFS' compliance with internal control over financial reporting.
