Livingstone Health (SGX:PRH) will invest in a 30% stake in MetEndo or the Metabolic Clinic, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
MetEndo is an endocrine specialist clinic, which provides comprehensive and holistic expert consultations to patients.
Through the partnership, Livingstone is targeting cross-collaboration between its healthcare professionals and network of practitioners.
The company's medical director, Dinesh Carl Junis Mahendran, owns a 70% stake in The Metabolic Clinic which will start its operations in June this year.
