Hong Kong is preparing for the influx of visitors from mainland China for the upcoming Labor Day holiday, The Standard reported Sunday.
The holiday, running from May 1 to May 5 this year, is expected to see 840,000 mainland Chinese visitors to the city, the report said, citing estimates from the city's immigration department.
A total of about 5.7 million passengers are forecast to pass through Hong Kong's air, land, and sea control points, the department reportedly said.
