Kangxin New Materials (SHA:600076) plans to publicly list for transfer 60% of its subsidiary, Hubei Tianxin Timber Structure Housing Manufacturing, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosure on April 25.
The stake will be listed through the Wuxi Property Rights Exchange.
Tianxin Timber Structure Housing Manufacturing is a design and construction company with a registered capital of 144 million yuan, the Chinese wood material producer said.
