CapitaLand Investment's (SGX:9CI) wholly owned lodging business, The Ascott, secured three additional signings as part of its multi-typology strategy, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The three Ascott-branded properties added in the first four months of 2025 are Ascott Ortigas Manila in the Philippines, Ascott Shenton Way Singapore in Singapore and the first Ascott property in Wenzhou, China.

The brand signings have taken its overall portfolio to over 80 properties and 17,400 units across 43 cities.
