Shinko Electric Industries Co (TYO:6967) profit attributable to owners slipped 3.9% to 17.8 billion yen for the fiscal year ended March 31 from 18.6 billion yen a year ago.
The semiconductor packages manufacturer's earnings per share fell to 132.30 yen from 137.73 yen a year ago, according to a Thursday bourse results filing.
Net sales rose 2.4% to 215 billion yen from nearly 210 billion yen a year earlier.
The company did not provide forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, as its shares are scheduled to be delisted in June.
