Far East Hospitality Trust (SGX:Q5T) completed the acquisition of a hotel and a stock company through its subsidiaries, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The company, through Far East H-REIT, bought Four Points by Sheraton Nagoya, a 319-room hotel with an area of about 9,750 square meters. The consideration was 6 billion yen, according to an earlier announcement on Feb. 20.
Far East Hospitality Trust, through Far East H-BT, also completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in CENTRAIR Hotel Systems.
