Tenable Holdings (TENB) reported late Tuesday Q1 adjusted earnings of $0.36 per diluted share, up from $0.25 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.27 per share.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $239.1 million, up from $216 million a year earlier.

The company expects Q2 adjusted earnings of $0.29 to $0.31 per share and revenue of $241 million to $243 million. Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting $0.32 earnings per share and $241.6 million of revenue.
The company now expects fiscal 2025 adjusted earnings of $1.44 to $1.52 per share and revenue of $970 million to $980 million. In February, Tenable said it anticipates non-GAAP diluted EPS in the range of $1.41 to $1.49 on revenue of $975 million to $985 million. Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting $1.50 earnings per share and revenue of $977.2 million.
