Hancock & Gore (ASX:HNG) said that the voting power of its chairman Alexander Beard fell to 6.85% from 8.64% related to an on-market buy and dilution of interest due to new shares being issued in consideration for acquisition of assets of H&G High Conviction, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Its shares closed up over 6% on Tuesday.
