Arhaus Names Michael Lee as Financial Chief

Arhaus named Michael Lee its next chief financial officer, effective May 12.

Lee was previously financial chief and president of operations and supply chain for Ste. Michelle Wine Estates from 2022 to 2025, Arhaus said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Monday. Prior to that he was an executive at Canopy Growth, a diversified cannabis company. He has also worked at Constellation Brands, a producer and marketer of beer, wine and spirits.

Lee will receive a base salary of $550,000, subject to review and adjustment on an annual basis, and will be eligible for annual cash incentive awards and long-term equity plan awards. For 2025, his annual cash incentive award target represents 60% of his base salary.
