Monadelphous Group (ASX:MND) agreed to acquire high voltage services business, High Energy Service, subject to certain conditions, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company will pay AU$21.5 million for the acquisition, with a purchase price adjustment based on the final net working capital position at completion, the filing said.

The transaction is expected to be completed by July, according to the filing.
