Sweetgreen (SG) said Tuesday that it has named Jason Cochran as chief operating officer, effective May 5.
The company said Cochran will oversee field operations as well as operations services and innovation.
Prior to joining Sweetgreen, Cochran was chief executive officer and a board member of American West Restaurant Group, Sweetgreen added.
