DuPont de Nemours (DD) said Tuesday that the independent public company that will be created via the planned spin-off of its electronics business will be named Qnity Electronics.
Qnity will provide products to the semiconductor and electronics industries, DuPont said.
The company also said Matthew Harbaugh will join Qnity starting May 1 and serve as the chief financial officer.
Harbaugh was most recently CFO of Vantive, the planned spin-off from Baxter (BAX) before its sale to Carlyle (CG), DuPont said.
