Chen Hong has resigned as China ZhengTong Auto Services' (HKG:1728) chief executive officer, effective Tuesday, due to changes in work arrangement, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Chen will continue to serve as an executive director of the auto services firm, as well as a member of certain committees.

Executive vice president Luo Yaohuang will take on the responsibilities of CEO until a suitable successor is identified for the position.
