Prudential (HKG:2378) repurchased 260,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange on April 25, at an average price of 8.0452 sterling pounds per share, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Following this purchase, Prudential's total issued share capital will be reduced to 2.61 billion shares upon cancellation of the repurchased shares.
