Auto components manufacturer Sona BLW Precision Forgings (NSE:SONACOMS, BOM:543300) said the closing date for its acquisition of the Railways Equipment Business from Escorts Kubota has been extended to June 1, according to a Tuesday filing with the Indian bourses.
The initial closing was scheduled for May 1, according to the filing. The extension is subject to completion of conditions outlined in the amended business transfer agreement, the filing said.
