ResMed (RMD) said Thursday it acquired VirtuOx, an independent diagnostic testing facility for sleep, respiratory and cardiac conditions.

After the deal, VirtuOx will operate as a fully owned unit of ResMed. ResMed said the financial terms were not disclosed as the transaction is immaterial to its financial results.
