Howmet Aerospace (HWM) reported Q1 adjusted net income Thursday of $0.86 per diluted share, up from $0.57 a year earlier.

Sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $1.94 billion, up from $1.82 billion a year earlier.

The company said it expects Q2 adjusted EPS of $0.85 to $0.87. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.80. The company expects revenue for the quarter of $1.98 billion to $2 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2 billion.

Howmet revised its 2025 adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $3.36 to $3.44 per share, from its previous guidance of $3.13 to $3.21. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.27.

The company also revised its full-year revenue guidance to a range of $7.88 billion to $8.18 billion, from its previous guidance of $7.93 billion to $8.13 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $8.08 billion.

The company's shares were up 4.3% in recent premarket activity.
