Infinity Logistics and Transport Ventures (HKG:1442) unit Flexitank Solutions agreed to acquire the remaining 20% interest in Trust Flexitank from District Towers for 4.3 million euros, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The target company engages mainly in the manufacture, sale, and distribution of packaging for the transportation of bulk liquid products.
Flexitank Solutions already owns an 80% stake in Trust Flexitank, according to the logistics services provider.
