Shareholders of Redsun Services Group (HKG:1971) will meet on May 21 to vote on the proposed acquisitions of the property rights of certain parking spaces from Redsun Properties Group (HKG:1996), a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing stated.
The total consideration for the parking spaces is 230.9 million yuan.
The shareholders will also vote on the purchase of certain equity interests in three target firms by a unit of Redsun Services Group from three units of Redsun Properties.
The parties had first entered into an agreement regarding the purchases in February.
