Appearing on CNBC yesterday, veteran investor Joe Terranova, the senior managing director and chief market strategist of Virtus Investment, said that he was "concerned" about Apple's (AAPL) outlook due to its lack of revenue growth.
During the same show, Bryn Talkington, the Managing Partner of Requisite Capital Management, called Amazon (AMZN), Alphabet (GOOG), Meta (META), and Nvidia (NVDA) "pretty cheap" and "healthy."
Terranova's Negative View on AAPL
"Apple is probably fairly valued, but its revenue growth keeps disappearing," the investor said, adding that "Apple is not growing like the other members of the Mag 7.
Terranova also noted that Apple Inc (AAPL) will likely be hurt by weakness in the Greater China market amid the trade battle between Washington and Beijing.
On a positive note, he believes that AAPL will eventually benefit from tariff exemptions.
Talkington Is Bullish on the Majority of the Mag 7
Other than Tesla , Microsoft, and Apple, the members of the Mag 7 "are pretty cheap," the investor asserted.
Noting that GOOG recently announced a large share-buyback program, Talkington stated that AMZN, META, NVDA, and GOOG "are really healthy companies."
