Renasant (RNST) said Thursday that Kevin D. Chapman has assumed the position of chief executive of the company and Renasant Bank.
Chapman has been president of the company since 2023, and chief operating officer since 2018, Renasant said.
C. Mitchell Waycaster, the former CEO of Renasant, will remain with the company and the bank as executive vice chairman, Renasant said.
