Chevalier International Holdings Limited has announced a transaction involving the sale of property located at 350 Passmore Avenue, Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. The property, currently subject to leases, is being sold by Macleh (Chevalier) Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Chevalier, to Northam Properties (VI) Inc. The total consideration for the transaction is CA$13,650,000, equivalent to approximately HK$75,075,000. The deal is set to be completed on the first business day 120 days following the due diligence date of June 17, 2025, or an alternative date mutually agreed upon by both parties.
