Easyhome New Retail Group (SHE:000785) expects to sign 120 million yuan worth of agreements with BBMG (HKG:2009, SHA:601992) this year, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Tuesday.
The transactions will primarily involve the procurement and sale of goods, provision and receipt of services, and property leasing.
In 2024, the parties signed deals with each other that amounted to 35.8 million yuan.
BBMG, a cultural event and real estate company, currently owns 10.1% of the Chinese department store chain, the filing said.
