Nuchev Signs Sales Agency Deal with Natural Healthcare, Wellness Brands; Shares Up 13%

Nuchev (ASX:NUC) signed an exclusive sales agency agreement with Brauer Natural Medicines and H&S Brand in Australia for products including the Brauer, Skin Physics, and Rapid Loss range, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company will receive revenue through monthly commissions from Brauer and H&S under the contract, effective from this month until Dec. 31, the filing said.

Nuchev is also considering an exclusive sales distribution deal with Brauer and H&S for the Australia and New Zealand market, per the filing.

Nuchev shares rose 13% in afternoon trade on Thursday.
