Comstock Resources (CRK) announced Friday a dual listing of its shares on NYSE Texas, a new equities exchange headquartered in Dallas.

Comstock will keep its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and trade with the same CRK ticker on NYSE Texas, the company said.
