Weebit Nano (ASX:WBT) and DB HiTek are set to demonstrate the integration of Weebit's embedded Resistive Random-Access Memory (ReRAM) non-volatile memory technology into the Korean specialty foundry's silicon at a power semiconductor exhibition in Germany slated for May, according to a Wednesday statement by the company.
The edge artificial intelligence demonstration was developed in collaboration with Nanoveu's (ASX: NVU) unit, the statement said.
Full qualification of the technology is expected later this year, the statement added.
Shares of Weebit Nano 2%, while shares of Nanoveu fell past 10% in recent Thursday trade.
