The company said it now expects full-year 2025 adjusted EPS of $1.75 to $2.25 on net sales of $8.2 billion to $8.5 billion, down from its previous outlook of $2.53 to $2.78 and $8.7 billion to $8.9 billion, respectively. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.50 in non-GAAP EPS and $8.66 billion in sales.
Shares of the packaging manufacturer tumbled more than 15% in recent premarket activity.
