FTC Solar Inc. has entered into an At The Market Offering Agreement with H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC to sell shares of its common stock with an aggregate offering price of up to $11,350,576. This agreement allows for the sale of shares through an at-the-market offering program, with Wainwright serving as the sales agent or principal. FTC Solar intends to use the proceeds from the sale for working capital and general corporate purposes. A placement fee of up to 3% of the gross sales price will be paid to Wainwright. The shares will be issued under the company's shelf registration statement filed with the SEC.
