Ricoh Leasing Co. (TYO:8566) has raised its year-end dividend to 100 yen per share for fiscal 2024, up from 95 yen initially expected, according to its filing on Friday.
The payout, sourced from retained earnings, totals 3.09 billion yen and will be distributed on June 24, pending shareholder approval at the June 23 AGM.
This 33% annual increase reflects stronger-than-expected earnings and aligns with the company's policy to achieve more than a 40% payout ratio by fiscal 2026 and 50% by fiscal 2030.
Ricoh Leasing's shares shed more than 3% at market close.
