Willis Towers Watson (WTW) said Friday that it has acquired full ownership of its Al-Futtaim Willis joint venture in the United Arab Emirates after acquiring the 51% stake owned by Al-Futtaim.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The transaction, which is slated to be completed in H2, remains subject to regulatory approvals, the company said.
