Wellneo Sugar (TYO:2117) sold 71,300 common shares for 164.4 million yen through floor trading on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in April, as part of its previously established Impact Neutralization Trust program, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The sale brings the cumulative total to 171,200 shares sold for 400.3 million yen since the trust's inception on Feb. 18.

The trust, which is scheduled to run through year-end, was initially approved for up to 450,000 shares.
