GRP (SGX:BLU) appointed RSK Global Visions as the new main contractor for a housing project in Seri Iskandar, Perak, Malaysia, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The contractor replaces EESB, following delays that led to higher costs and projected net losses.

The project is valued at about 92.8 million ringgit.
