Indonesia's consumer prices edged up to 1.95% year on year in April, with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 108.47, versus the 1.03% rise in the preceding month, according to data released by Statistics Indonesia on Friday.

Core inflation, which measures the change in the costs of goods and services excluding food and energy, was 2.50% in April, the data showed.
