Contemporary Amperex Technology (SHE:300750) is looking to launch its share sale in Hong Kong on the week of May 12, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing people with direct knowledge of the matter.
The battery giant's float in Hong Kong is seen to be the largest in the city in four years, Reuters said.
Bookbuilding is expected to begin May 12, with the sale expected to garner at least $5 billion,according to the news agency.
